Rental vehicles typically are paid for by YOUR insurance company only if you have a rental vehicle or loss of use endorsement on the policy you purchased.
If the other insurance company is responsible for paying for the damage repair to your vehicle, they are also responsible for paying for a rental vehicle. Limitations and restrictions of the rental car company will apply.
